Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Senior Developer Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Retail domain, particularly integrating Salesforce CRM with LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or equivalent retail ERP and POS platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable integration architectures, developing custom Salesforce solutions, optimizing platform performance, managing deployments, and ensuring platform security and stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Salesforce Integration & Retail Architecture

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce CRM, LS Central, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Build custom Apex REST/SOAP APIs and integration workflows using Platform Events and External IDs.
- Implement integration monitoring, exception logging, automated retries, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Support retail operations, omnichannel commerce, ERP, and POS integration requirements.

2. Salesforce Development & Configuration
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processing solutions.
- Build scalable and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and permission sets.
- Develop and maintain Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows.




- Migrate legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations to Salesforce Flow.

3. Code Quality & Performance Optimization
- Ensure Apex code is bulkified, secure, scalable, and compliant with Salesforce governor limits.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Perform static code analysis and address code quality issues using tools such as PMD.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

4. Testing, Deployment & Release Management
- Manage the complete development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and solution design to sandbox development and production deployment.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Support release management and deployment activities across Salesforce environments.
- Ensure custom solutions remain compatible with Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter releases.

5. Platform Administration & Support
- Handle production support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements.
- Manage user access, license allocation, permission sets, and platform security.
- Maintain data integrity and perform data quality fixes.
- Monitor platform performance and ensure the stability and reliability of business-critical processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.
- Solid expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce data modelling.
- Experience developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External ID-based synchronization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment, sandbox management, UAT, regression testing, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, omnichannel commerce, ERP integrations, or POS systems.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or equivalent retail platforms.

Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator — required.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) — required.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDII), Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Integration Architect — preferred.
