About the Role

Marconix Sales Solutions is looking for a Sales Trainer who can transform salespeople into confident, high-performing professionals. You will train and coach teams across B2B sales, inside sales, field sales, retail sales, and customer acquisition.

We need someone who goes beyond presentations and can improve real-world sales performance through practical training, live demonstrations, and continuous coaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Train new hires and existing teams on sales processes, product knowledge, cold calling, pitching, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
- Conduct mock calls, role-plays, live practice sessions, and performance coaching.
- Monitor sales activities and identify skill gaps to improve conversions and target achievement.
- Develop sales scripts, training materials, and practical learning modules.
- Track training effectiveness and sales performance metrics.
- Work with sales managers and HR to improve team productivity and develop sales talent.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in sales training, sales coaching, or sales team development.
- Hands-on knowledge of B2B, inside sales, field sales, retail sales, or FMCG sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and improve measurable sales outcomes.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and sales reporting.
