Role Description The Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, updating CRM or internal systems, and coordinating order processing and documentation. The coordinator will respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, assist with after-sales support, and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role also involves generating reports, tracking sales performance data,



coordinating with production and logistics teams, and supporting internal and external communication related to sales activities. The position requires close collaboration with sales representatives and management to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction mindset, with the ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for internal teams and customers.
- Administrative assistance capabilities, including documentation, scheduling, record-keeping, and proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
- Relevant experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort collaborating in cross-functional teams and working on-site in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Mechatronics Engineering.
- Location - Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot.
