JOB BRIEF To develop and implement effective sales strategies for achieving organizational revenue targets by generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and leading the sales team towards consistent performance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

1.Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, corporates, institutions, and other potential clients.

2.Generate new leads and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

3.Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, corporate organizations, and existing clients.

4.Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

5.Follow up with leads, clients, and potential business partners.

6.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

7.Promote ambulance, BLS, CPR, ACLS, and other healthcare-related services to potential clients.

8.Communicate sales progress, challenges, and requirements to the CEO.

9.Handle negotiations with clients and support the team in closing deals

EDUCATION





● Minimum Education Graduate in any discipline

● Technical Education MBA in Sales & Marketing / Marketing preferred

EXPERIENCE Minimum Experience in Sales :- 6 months to 1 year Minimum Experience :- 1-1.5 years in corporate (Fresher’s can Apply too)

BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

1. Great communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)

2. Fluent in English
3. Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
