- Handling domestic and international flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and holiday packages.
- Managing end-to-end travel operations and customer queries.
- Driving sales by designing custom itineraries and converting leads into bookings.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in airline ticketing (GDS systems like Amadeus/Galileo is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international tourist destinations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment.
