We’re expanding our B2B sales team across Chennai and looking for ambitious sales professionals who enjoy winning new clients, building corporate relationships, and closing business deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, networking and other channels.
- Identify and approach companies for corporate gifting and rewards requirements.
- Build relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Business Heads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting and rewards solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into orders.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and execution.
- Develop repeat business and cross-sell additional Nexus solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

- 1 to 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Enterprise Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Corporate Gifting, Rewards & Recognition, Promotional Merchandise, Events, FMCG or related B2B industries will be an advantage.
- Strong lead generation and new client acquisition skills.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Comfortable with cold calling and meeting clients.
- Positive knowledge of the Chennai corporate market.
- Candidates with an existing corporate network in Chennai will have an advantage.
- Any Graduate.
