Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves planning and executing sales and marketing activities to promote the company’s crew management services, generate leads, and support business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into clients.

The Executive will also assist in developing marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, participating in industry events,



and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics. Collaboration with internal teams to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities and company objectives is an important part of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and analytical skills to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for client interaction, negotiations, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Prior experience in maritime, logistics, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
