Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will identify and develop new client opportunities, promote Make Me Pure’s mental wellness and mind development services, and support revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and executing marketing plans, managing sales pipelines, and engaging with prospective and existing clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.





The role also involves coordinating promotional activities, tracking campaign performance, providing regular sales and marketing reports, and collaborating with the counseling and operations teams to align offerings with client needs. The executive is expected to maintain robust professional relationships, represent the brand with integrity, and contribute to strategic initiatives for business expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Market Planning and Marketing to design, implement, and optimize effective campaigns.
- Experience in Market Research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in wellness, counseling, training, or service-based industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and social media platforms for marketing and outreach.
