Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves promoting IIHM’s programs and initiatives, managing outreach activities, and supporting enrollment growth through targeted sales and marketing efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, planning and implementing marketing campaigns, meeting prospective learners and stakeholders, and following up on inquiries to convert leads into enrollments.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, coordinate events and seminars, maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners,



and track campaign performance. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining CRM data, and representing IIHM professionally at external events and interactions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective promotional strategies.
- Strong Market Research capabilities to analyze trends, competitor activity, and target audience behavior.
- Proven Sales skills to generate leads, build relationships, and achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with prospective learners, parents, institutional partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, including occasional travel for events and outreach.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Prior experience in education, hospitality, or service-sector sales and marketing is an advantage.
