Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Manager will oversee end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing sales for handcrafted wooden temples, altar doors, and heritage furniture.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing inquiries from walk-in clients and online channels, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely order follow-up. The role involves coordinating closely with production and design teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities, as well as tracking sales performance and generating regular reports.

The Sales





Manager will also support marketing initiatives, participate in events or exhibitions, and contribute to sales forecasting and strategy to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management, account management, or business development, preferably in luxury, furniture, interior design, or handcrafted goods.
- Strong customer relationship skills, including consultative selling, client engagement, and after-sales service.
- Solid communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence in presenting products and handling price discussions.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales reporting; ability to work with spreadsheets and online communication platforms.
- Understanding of retail and B2C sales processes; experience with showroom or on-site customer interactions is an advantage.

- Appreciation for art, design, and Indian cultural heritage; ability to explain product features and craftsmanship to diverse customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and orders simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, including weekends or extended hours when required for customer visits or events.
