Role & responsibilities

- Develop business with Government Departments, PSUs, Municipal Corporations, Government Institutions and EPC Contractors.
- Identify and track upcoming government projects, tenders and infrastructure opportunities.
- Drive technical/commercial submissions, product approvals and specifications with authorities, architects and consultants.
- Build strong relationships with government decision makers, EPC contractors and project consultants.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order booking, billing and collections.
- Achieve sales, order booking, margin and collection targets.
- Monitor market trends, competition, pricing and upcoming government opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 7-15 years of experience in B2G / Government / Institutional Sales.
- Experience in Building Materials, Water Management, Infrastructure or Engineering Products preferred.
- Strong understanding of Government Tendering,



GeM and project sales.
- Solid network across Maharashtra with Government Authorities, Consultants and EPC Contractors.
- Exposure to key government bodies such as MHADA, MJP, MMRDA, CPWD and MES will be highly relevant.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
