We are seeking a Sales Manager to manage client interactions, follow up on leads, discuss project requirements, understand BOQs, estimate costs, prepare quotations, and do negotiations. On-the-job training will be provided to build technical knowledge. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, open to learning, and comfortable collaborating with both technical and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
· Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
o Logical thinking and problem-solving o Ability to manage multiple enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups simultaneously o Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven B2B project setup o Ability to interpret basic technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications (training provided)
o Continuous learning mindset to improve
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
