Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Mathura.

The Sales

Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing a sales team, setting targets, and tracking performance.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and negotiating pricing and contracts within company guidelines.



The role involves coordinating with production and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

The Sales

Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and develop strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within textiles, apparel, or related manufacturing sectors.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team toward achieving defined targets.
- Competence in basic sales forecasting, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and discuss solutions clearly.
- Understanding of local and regional market dynamics in Mathura and surrounding areas is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
