Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Intern role .
The Sales
Intern will support the sales team in identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and assisting with follow-ups to drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping prepare sales presentations, maintaining client databases, and tracking leads and inquiries. The intern will also assist in handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and participating in training sessions to learn sales processes and product offerings.
The role offers hands-on experience in sales operations within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and team members.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Sales skills to support lead generation, basic negotiations, and conversion activities.
- Interest or exposure in Training and Sales Management to understand sales processes, reporting, and performance tracking.
