Job Responsibilities

- Generate recent customers and develop business in the assigned territory.
- Handle dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell company paint, coating and chemical products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through market visits, references and networking.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, dispatches and payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the technical/quality team for complaints.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records and CRM updates.
