About Swaymark

Swaymark sells SaaS (Software as a Service) tools for intellectual property (IP) rights to law firms and CA/CS firms. This is a B2B SaaS sales role, with ownership from lead generation to closing.

The role

Own the full sales cycle, from finding prospects and generating leads to running sales calls and closing deals. We are looking for someone who has already sold SaaS or software products and can take a prospect from first conversation to a purchase.

What you will do

- Research target law firms and CA/CS firms, identify decision-makers, and build a relevant prospect list.
- Generate leads through outreach and follow-ups, and qualify prospects based on their needs.
- Run discovery and sales calls, explain the product clearly, and connect its value to the firm's workflow.
- Handle objections, follow up on proposals, and take ownership of negotiations and closing.
- Keep a clear record of leads, conversations, next steps, and deal progress.

What we are looking for





- Prior experience selling SaaS platforms or software products, such as Tally, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience across lead generation, sales calls, follow-ups, and closing.
- Solid communication, prospect research, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently and follow through consistently.
- Experience selling to law firms or CA/CS firms is preferred, not mandatory.

Location and compensation

Mumbai, work from office. Compensation: Rs 12 LPA + incentive. One opening.
