Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and meeting defined sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting client outreach, preparing proposals, participating in negotiations, and following up on leads to convert them into confirmed business. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate service delivery, maintaining sales reports and CRM records, and representing the company at meetings, events,



and site visits.

The ideal candidate will contribute to revenue growth while upholding the company’s standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in hospitality or related service industries.
- Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management.
- Ability to negotiate, close deals, and work towards defined sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic sales reporting, CRM tools, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, conduct client visits, and travel locally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional, ethical conduct and a customer-focused mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
