About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to help grow our customer base across the textile and fashion sector. You will own the sales cycle end to end, from finding new buyers to closing orders and keeping customers coming back. The role is open to both full-time candidates and interns, and offers direct exposure to how a growing business is built.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business with manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and embroidery units
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, product presentations, negotiation and order closing
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and track orders through to delivery
- Coordinate with the office team on pricing, dispatch and payments
- Conduct regular client visits and local market outreach in Surat
- Gather customer feedback, monitor market trends and share insights to shape our strategy
- Maintain sales records and prepare basic sales reports
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline, or currently pursuing a degree (college students welcome for the internship)
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English
- Solid negotiation and persuasion skills, with a drive to meet targets and close deals
- Confident with client calls, meetings and consistent follow-ups
- Well organised, able to manage multiple enquiries, orders and follow-ups at once
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic office tools
- Interest in textiles, fashion accessories or embellishment products
- Prior experience in B2B sales, merchandising or business development in textiles is an advantage
