We are hiring Sales Executives for our residential project Sapphire Sky, located beside Manorama Nagar, Datta Colony, A Ward, Deokar Panand, Kolhapur.
Key Responsibilities: Call leads provided by the company and follow up regularly Share project details (flat configurations, pricing, amenities, location benefits) with prospective buyers Convince leads to visit the site and schedule site visits Conduct site visits and show the sample flat / project to customers Negotiate and close flat sales Maintain lead records and follow-up status Requirements: Graduate with minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate sales preferred) Good communication in Marathi and Hindi Confident on phone calls and face-to-face meetings Target-oriented with positive negotiation skills Salary: Rs 15,000 - 25,000 fixed per month + attractive incentives on every flat sold.
