We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team for our residential project in Dudulgaon, Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and convert prospects into bookings.
- Conduct site visits and present project features, pricing, and amenities to clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and booking commitments.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and channel partners to generate business.
- Maintain accurate lead records and regular sales reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of Pune real estate markets will be an advantage.
- Target-driven, confident, and customer-focused approach.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
