Position: Salesperson – Bakery on Wheels Location: As per assigned mobile bakery van route Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview Bakery on Wheels is a delivery van that carries and sells fresh bakery products (bread, biscuits, cakes, snacks, etc.) made inside the prison, directly to customers by traveling to different locations, instead of selling from a fixed shop. The Salesperson will travel with the van on a daily route, sell products to customers at each stop, manage stock and cash, and build a regular customer base along the way.

Key Responsibilities ● Travel daily with the bakery van to assigned locations/stops and sell products directly to customers ● Load, arrange, and display bakery items (breads, biscuits, puffs, rolls, snacks, cakes, sweets) neatly in the van before each trip ● Handle daily cash collection, billing, and reconciliation of sales at the end of the day ● Keep track of how much stock was loaded, sold, and left unsold,



and report this to the supervisor ● Build relationships with regular customers at fixed stops to encourage repeat business ● Maintain hygiene and freshness of products while displaying and selling them ● Coordinate with the bakery kitchen/unit for daily stock supply and route planning ● Keep the van clean and well-maintained ● Inform customers about current products and any special offers

Required Skills & Qualifications ● Minimum 10th/12th pass; prior sales or retail experience preferred ● Language: Kannada (mandatory) and English ● Basic numeracy for cash handling and stock reconciliation ● Good communication and customer-interaction skills ● Willingness to travel daily on an assigned route ● Physically fit for loading/unloading and working while standing/moving through the day ● Honesty and reliability in cash handling ● Two-wheeler/driving license preferred (if required to assist with route logistics)

Candidate Profile: Excellent in Order aquisition, Sales execution. He should have good networking skills. He should have maturity and understanding and maintaining customer relationship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
