Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to identify potential business clients, generate leads, pitch digital marketing services, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and other channels.

Pitch digital marketing services, including social media marketing, SEO, graphic design, video editing, and paid advertising.

Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and prepare proposals.

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

Manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.

Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.

Achieve the monthly revenue target of ₹12 lakh.

Meet the 30% client onboarding target against the agreed eligible lead or prospect base.





Sales Targets & Performance KPIs

- Monthly Revenue Target: ₹12,00,000.
- Client Onboarding Target: 30% conversion rate from qualified prospects or leads.
- Lead Generation: Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
