Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer (Slip Rings & Servo Gearboxes) role based in Noida.

The Sales

Engineer will identify and pursue business opportunities for slip rings and servo gearboxes, manage the full sales cycle, and support revenue growth in targeted industrial segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding technical and application requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and conducting product demonstrations. The role involves close coordination with engineering and technical support teams to ensure accurate sizing,



configuration, and selection of solutions.

The Sales

Engineer will also provide pre- and post-sales technical guidance, maintain customer relationships, gather market intelligence, and support the achievement of sales targets and strategic growth plans.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Engineering and technical sales skills, with the ability to understand and present solutions related to slip rings, servo gearboxes, and industrial automation.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service, including lead generation, opportunity management, negotiation, and long-term relationship building.
- Background in Technical Support, with capability to troubleshoot issues, coordinate with engineering teams, and provide application and product guidance.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear technical and commercial communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with industrial automation, motion control, and related products; experience in slip rings or servo systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, visit customer locations as needed, and manage time and priorities independently.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with strong documentation and reporting skills.
