- Pre-Sales Activities
- Enquiry / Lead Generation
- On-time quotation preparation & submission
- Quotation / Offer follow-up / Customer Coordination
- Order conversion
- Order Execution / Post Sales Activities
- Customer Order verification
- Raising PO to principals
- Bill Of Material preparation & procurement
- Follow-up for dispatch




- Communicate to customer on the delivery date
- Dispatch documents

- Payment Follow-up
- Reporting to Principals & Management
