What You'll Do

- Handle qualified enquiries and generate sales through inbound/outbound calls/follow-ups.
- Understand customers' health and wellness goals through structured discovery conversations.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and recommend the appropriate Vedique program.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage leads, follow-ups and sales pipeline through CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Work closely with doctors, nutritionists and the marketing team to improve the customer journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up discipline.




- Contribute customer insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Who We're Looking For

- 5-15 years of experience in sales, inside sales, business development or consultative selling.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, ed-tech, premium services or other high-ticket B2C businesses is an advantage.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
- Strong discovery, negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound conversations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; strong sales experience may be considered in lieu of a directly relevant degree.
