About the Role

Balaji Multiflex Pvt. Ltd., Rajkot, Gujarat, is looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage customer communication, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and emails.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and reports.
- Follow up on sales leads, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 3–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Solid organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
