Position Summary

Responsible for driving current business opportunities and managing key customer accounts for high-value elevator and escalator projects. Owns the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order booking while ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new enquiries and develop business in assigned territory/segment.

Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with developers, builders, consultants, architects, PMCs, EPC contractors and corporate clients.

Conduct customer visits, presentations and technical discussions.

Review tenders, BOQs, specifications and contractual requirements.





Prepare techno-commercial quotations and ensure timely submission.

Coordinate with design, costing and engineering teams for optimized solutions.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and contracts.

Convert enquiries into profitable orders while achieving target margins.

Coordinate project handover with manufacturing, planning, installation, finance and procurement teams.

Maintain CRM, weekly MIS, quotation tracker and sales pipeline.

Support collection of outstanding payments and resolve billing issues.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
