Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate with 6 months to 2 years of proven sales experience to help clients buy, sell, or rent properties. If you have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to launch or accelerate your real estate career with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, guiding them smoothly through real estate transactions.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, open houses, and digital marketing channels.
- Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property tours, highlighting key features and addressing client questions.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Negotiation & Closing: Assist clients in negotiations, drafting contracts, and managing paperwork to ensure seamless deals.




- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with past and current clients for referrals and repeat business.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in sales (real estate sales experience is a strong plus, but general sales, retail, or hospitality sales backgrounds are also welcome).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Drive & Motivation: Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a strong work ethic.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, social media marketing, and general office tools.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
