In this role, you will be responsible for driving business loan growth by generating fresh leads, managing client relationships, and offering customized financial solutions. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of business loan products and processes, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of independently meeting sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Proactively generate high-quality leads through various channels, including social media platforms, online portals, business directories, and professional networking events.

- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct targeted cold calls to potential business customers to analyze their financial health, identify their specific funding needs, and pitch customized business loan solutions.

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture deep, long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving business requirements and offering tailored financial services.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efficiently with internal credit, operations, and customer support teams to resolve client queries, track loan applications,



and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven, successful experience in financial sales, microfinance, or the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector.

- Domain Expertise: Strong, in-depth knowledge of business loan products, lending processes, documentation requirements, and basic credit evaluation.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a sharp ability to pitch financial solutions clearly and build rapport during client interactions.

- Execution: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

- Tech Literacy: Comfort using CRM tools, loan origination systems, and digital lead-sourcing platforms.
