Welcome and assist customers and provide a premium in-store experience. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable shawls and stoles. Maintain solid knowledge of Ashmere’s products, fabrics, craftsmanship and pricing.
Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Handle individual, wedding, gifting and bulk-order enquiries. Build and maintain relationships with customers and generate repeat sales. Follow up with enquiries, leads and potential customers.
Handle billing, order processing, packaging and dispatch coordination. Assist with stock checking and inventory management. Ensure products are handled, folded and displayed appropriately.
