Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Associate role based in Kolkata.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, present property options, conduct site visits, and provide detailed information on pricing, features, and financing options. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads, inquiries, and transactions, following up consistently to convert leads into sales.

This position also requires staying updated on local market trends, project offerings, and company policies to provide informed and transparent guidance to clients.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs.

- Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead management, follow-up, and closing deals effectively.

- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with confident presentation abilities.

- Basic proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and office applications to manage client data and documentation.

- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property-related processes is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, including conducting property visits and field activities as required.

- Proactive, ethical, and results-oriented mindset aligned with the company’s values of integrity and customer satisfaction.

- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or real estate.
