Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Raurkela.

The Sales

Associate will identify and engage prospective customers for diesel generators, air compressors, accessories, and piping systems, both through field visits and telephone or digital outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, preparing and following up on quotations, supporting negotiations, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves coordinating with technical and service teams to ensure accurate proposals,



timely deliveries, and after-sales support.

The Sales

Associate will maintain customer records, track sales activities, provide regular reports, and contribute to local marketing initiatives such as demonstrations, events, and partner meetings.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills relevant to industrial or equipment sales.
- Ability to understand and explain technical features of generators, air compressors, and piping systems in transparent, practical terms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems) for documentation and reporting.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Prior experience in industrial equipment, power solutions, or related sectors is preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience may be considered.
- Willingness to travel locally around Raurkela and nearby regions as required for client visits and site assessments.
