Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and promote Bio Box India’s product range to retail, corporate, and institutional clients.

Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing plans, conducting market research, preparing presentations and proposals, and supporting product demonstrations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine value propositions, coordinating promotional campaigns, and tracking sales performance and customer feedback. The specialist will also assist in training channel partners or team members on product features,



sustainability benefits, and sales techniques.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, manage pipelines, and meet revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide team members, distributors, or partners on product knowledge and effective selling practices.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in FMCG, sustainable products, or consumer goods.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, travel for client meetings as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic office and marketing tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead-tracking systems) and comfort with digital outreach.
- Robust organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a results-focused and environmentally conscious mindset.
