Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The intern will support sales outreach by engaging with prospective customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting in presenting product and service offerings. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales team, maintaining customer records, and helping prepare sales reports and presentations.

The intern will also assist in planning and executing marketing activities, such as social media support, basic market research, and campaign follow-up. This role requires close collaboration with senior team members, proactive learning,



and a strong interest in sales and marketing within a technology-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to absorb product knowledge and assist in basic product demonstrations.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and market research methods is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) and willingness to learn new tools.
