Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Sopore. The intern will support daily outreach activities, including researching prospects, preparing target lists, and assisting in drafting personalized sales and marketing messages.

Responsibilities include helping manage follow-up communication with potential clients, updating CRM or tracking tools, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings. The intern will assist in monitoring campaign performance, preparing easy reports,



and participating in team training sessions to improve sales and customer engagement techniques. The role offers hands-on exposure to modern B2B sales processes and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with prospects and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support outreach, lead qualification, and meeting coordination.
- Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and benefit from Training, showing willingness to learn new tools, processes, and sales methodologies.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, lead generation, or CRM tools is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Sopore.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
