Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Interior Sales & Design Consultant with a strong understanding of luxury interiors, excellent communication skills, and a flair for design. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, providing design-oriented solutions, and converting potential leads into successful business opportunities while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, lifestyle preferences, and design aspirations.
- Provide expert consultation on interior design concepts, materials, finishes, layouts, and luxury interior solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial consultation and lead nurturing to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interior designers and execution teams to develop customized design proposals.
- Present design concepts, quotations, and project offerings confidently to clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, handle client objections, and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Stay updated on luxury interior trends, materials, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior sales, design consultation, or a similar client-facing role.
- Candidates from a luxury interiors or premium home décor background will be preferred.
- Solid understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, finishes, and aesthetics.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-value clients and convert leads into sales.
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with design and project teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software will be an added advantage.
