Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide energetic, 1:1 personalized assistance to help shoppers find leading apparel and sportswear brands.

Visual Merchandising (VM): Replenish apparel stock levels on the sales floor, maintain full size ranges, and ensure displays stay neat and updated.

Sales & KPIs: Collaborate with store management to hit individual and team sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with brand lines, fashion drops, and store promotions to advise customers accurately.

Store Standards: Help with housekeeping, proper merchandise pricing, and adherence to company health and safety rules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
