About the Role :

Our Human Fabric Team is looking for a well-rounded Staff Software Development Engineer in Test with a proven record of ensuring the delivery of scalable microservice based solutions to enterprise clients.

What you will do :

- Drive projects to completion from a QA perspective.
- Serve as a mentor to the team.
- Deliver recommendations on how to evolve testing best practices.

Tech Stack &

Requirements :

- 8 years of professional experience in testing enterprise software,



preferably in Java/J2EE.
- Hands-on experience with automated UI testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Karate or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, or PostgreSQL).
- Experience configuring test environments, including application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss) across Windows and Linux/Unix.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, and Java.
- Comfort with AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and agentic workflows.
