Job Title: Safety Officer – Manufacturing & Warehouse

We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to manage EHS compliance and safety operations across our manufacturing plant and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable EHS and statutory safety regulations.
- Conduct safety audits, workplace inspections, HIRA, and JSA.
- Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and emergency mock drills.
- Manage contractor safety, work permits, and PPE compliance.
- Maintain safety documentation and ensure fire safety preparedness.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, plant, warehouse, or logistics safety.




- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Industrial Safety Diploma such as ADIS, RLI, CLI, or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Fluency in spoken Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Tamil proficiency is an added advantage.
- Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately.
