Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

- Collect and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.




- Develop dashboards and detailed reports on key KPIs to guide leadership decisions.

- EHS Compliance & Audits

- Conduct systematic evaluations to ensure compliance with EHS regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

- Technical & Engineering Expertise

- Apply cross-disciplinary engineering knowledge to provide technical support across project phases-from design to execution and disposal.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of construction and process equipment, including specifications, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management.

Additional Competencies

- Robust command of investigative and quality tools (RCA, Pareto, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) for problem identification and resolution.
- Ability to evaluate organizational processes using performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (blueprints, GFC, shop drawings, DCI standards).
- Understanding of fabrication resources and equipment such as rotators, cranes, furnaces, hydraulic systems, leak testing equipment, welding systems, manipulators, and NDE tools.
