Golden Years Senior Living Community is looking for a dedicated Home Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our retirement home and ensure a safe, comfortable, and fulfilling living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the retirement home.
- Supervise staff and coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, dining, and maintenance services.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being of residents.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, residents, and their families.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, discipline, and overall facility standards.
- Handle residents’ concerns and maintain a warm, welcoming environment.





Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or facility management preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful towards senior citizens.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage staff and handle day-to-day challenges efficiently.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English preferred.

Position: Full-time Location: Kottayam,Kerala

Salary: Attractive salary, commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
