Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or additional support.
Provide training and support to customers on our products, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our services effectively.
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics to management.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in customer success, customer support, or technical account management, preferably in a SaaS workplace.
Robust consulting skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
Familiarity with international voice processes and customer engagement strategies.
ServiceNow certification is a plus, demonstrating technical proficiency in relevant tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
