We are seeking a detail-oriented Third Party Risk Analyst to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and managing risks associated with third-party vendors and outsourcing partners within the banking and financial services sector. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains a robust risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of third-party vendors to identify potential risks, including vendor risk, outsourcing risk, and concentration risk.
Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, OneTrust, Archer, ProcessUnity, and Prevalent to manage and monitor third-party risk effectively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and exit planning processes.
Analyze data using Power Query to generate insights and reports on third-party risk exposure.




Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting third-party risk management in the banking and financial services sector.
Prepare and present risk assessment findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of third-party risk management frameworks and methodologies.
Proficiency in risk assessment tools and software, including ServiceNow, OneTrust, Archer, ProcessUnity, and Prevalent.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Knowledge of banking and financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
Robust communication and presentation skills to convey risk findings effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
