Job Responsibilities
Provide support in performance improvement for identified bottom quartile resources.
Provide support in performance enhancement of middle quartile resources through coaching & mentoring.
Identify training need, ensure training delivery and program management for the field sales force on weekly basis for UJPM & HSO.
Provide on-the-job interventions i.e Buddy rides, Audits, Coaching.
Conduct regular cadence with the field teams.
Ensure readiness for independent field deployment for the recent joinees within 7 days of joining.
Handhold HSO Trainees for the first three months and ensure productivity as defined by business.
Ensure On-Field Learning Interventions are conducted as per the monthly calendar.
