We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Industrial/OEM sales to join our dynamic team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and building robust relationships with clients in the OEM, process, and automotive industries. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Interact and follow up with clients in the OEM, process, and auto industries to understand their needs and provide appropriate product and service recommendations.
Evaluate client requirements and suggest suitable products and services to meet their needs.
Coordinate with the Production and Quality Departments to arrange inspection calls for clients.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely execution of orders and collection of payments.
Attend technical and commercial negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements.
Identify and add new customers to the client portfolio,



expanding the company's market reach.
Generate sales leads by visiting industrial customers in the assigned area, fostering relationships that lead to increased sales opportunities.
Provide technical and engineering information regarding products and services by addressing client inquiries and requests.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in the industrial or OEM sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including production and quality assurance.
Technical knowledge of products and services relevant to the industrial sector.
