We are seeking a highly skilled Senior VMware Administrator to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing VMware environments, including VMware ESX, vCenter, and NSX. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our virtual infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain VMware ESX and vCenter settings, ensuring high availability and performance.
Implement and manage VMware NSX for network virtualization and security.
Perform regular system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of virtual machines and hosts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions using Ansible, Python, and shell scripting.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and other departments as needed.




Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to virtualization and cloud computing.

Required Skills:
Robust expertise in VMware ESX, vCenter, and NSX.
Proficient in Linux, Unix, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and scripting languages including Python, shell scripting, and bash scripting.
Solid understanding of system administration and network management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
