The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services through rigorous testing and analysis. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions to enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of products and services to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
Utilize 7 QC tools to analyze data and improve processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
Document test results and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on quality standards and practices.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role.
Solid knowledge of root cause analysis techniques.
Familiarity with 7 QC tools and their application in quality management.
Experience in an international voice process is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
