The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with the necessary information and support to make informed decisions about their educational paths. As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students, understanding their needs, and promoting our educational programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Provide detailed information about the courses, admission requirements, and the benefits of studying at our institution.
Assist students in completing their application forms and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospective students to track their progress through the admission process.




Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting current students.
Attend educational fairs and events to represent the institution and engage with potential students.
Provide excellent customer service and support to students and their families throughout the admission process.

Required Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in inside sales or business development is a plus.
Knowledge of the education sector and admission processes is preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
