We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our finance team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles and practices, with a specific focus on utilizing the BlackLine tool for financial reporting and reconciliation. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and the successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to support the record-to-report process.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize BlackLine for balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights to improve financial processes.
Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Support the record-to-report process,



identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide support during financial audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
Experience with BlackLine and other ERP systems.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial accounting practices.
