Required Skills:
Solid communication skills with fluency in English.
Experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in an international BPO setting, is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
